The Active Cords set has three elastic tubes with different tensions and a swivel clip at each end for easy connections for a variety of exercises for strength and explosive power.
A special nonslip hip belt is included to attach the Active Cords at different positions for different exercises to develop your core muscles. There are also two handles for pulling actions, an ankle strap*** for leg and hip exercises, and a dual attachment strap for use in a door or to attach the Active Cords to any beam or post.
The Active Cords are made to the highest quality standards with metal clips and rings on the belt, ankle strap and attachment strap. This prevents breakage from wear and tear better than the plastic clips and rings on imitators of the Active Cords.
